1. Who publishes this site
“Eximfiles” is a trading name used by Dreamfuel Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in Pune, India, and by Eximtech Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. In these terms each of them is a Group Company, and together with their respective affiliates they are called the Group. Both registered addresses are on the company page.
2. What this site is
An informational page about the Group and the work it is doing, published for general information only. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to treat, a solicitation, a quotation, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on it is intended to be relied on in making a decision.
3. What this site is not
It is not a product and not a service. It creates no account, accepts no instruction, holds no document, holds no money, and processes no transaction. Using this site, or writing to the address on it, does not create a contract, a retainer, a partnership, or any other relationship between you and the Group.
4. Work described as in progress
This site describes work that is unbuilt, in progress or planned, and says so on its face. Those descriptions are statements of present intention only. They are not commitments that anything will be built, released on any date, or released in the form described, and the Group may change, delay or abandon any of it without notice.
5. The products have their own terms
eBRC and ScripX are separate platforms operated under their own terms, privacy policies and other policies. Those documents govern your use of those platforms; this page does not. Nothing here varies them, and where anything on this site differs from them, they prevail.
6. Content and marks
The text, the drawing, the design and the marks on this site belong to the Group or are used by it under licence. Eximfiles, eBRC and ScripX are marks of the Group. You may quote from this page or link to it with attribution. You may not present it as your own, or use the marks in a way that suggests a relationship, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
7. Links to other sites
This site links to pages the Group does not control, including its own product platforms and sites operated by third parties. The Group is not responsible for their content, their availability or their policies, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranty
This site is provided as it is and as available. The Group takes reasonable care over it but does not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, or that it will be available without interruption or error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and conditions implied by statute or otherwise are excluded.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Group is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of, or reliance on, this site, including indirect or consequential loss and any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and asks you for nothing. It has no forms and no accounts. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site. If you write to the address below, the Group holds your message and your address in order to answer it.
11. Changes to this page
The Group may change this site and these terms at any time, and using the site after a change means accepting the version then published. There is no archive of earlier versions and no date on this page, deliberately: what is here is what applies.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with this site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, and nothing in this section affects any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own place of residence where the law gives them that right.
