1.Who publishes this site
Eximfiles is the name shared by two companies: Dreamfuel Technologies Private Limited, registered in Pune, India, and Eximtech Inc., registered in Delaware, United States. Together they are called the group here. Both registered addresses are on the company page.
2.What this site is
A holding page. It says what the group is building, names the two products that are live, and gives one address to write to. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, professional advice, or a commitment that anything described as in development will ship, ship on a date, or ship in the form described.
3.What this site is not
It is not a product. It creates no account, takes no instruction, holds no document, holds no money, and processes no transaction. Reading it, or writing to the address on it, does not put you in a contract with the group.
4.Each product has its own terms
ScripX and eBRC are separate platforms, and use of each is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, not by this page. Nothing here varies them, and where anything on this site differs from them, they govern.
5.Content and marks
The words, the drawing and the marks on this site belong to the group. ScripX and eBRC are its product names. You are welcome to quote or link to this page with attribution; please do not present it as your own or use the marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist.
6.Changes and contact
This page will change as the group does. There is no archive of earlier versions and no date on it, deliberately: what is here is what applies. Questions about it, or about anything else here, go to amin@eximfiles.io.
